The Consolidated Unit for the Implementation and Monitoring of Energy Projects (UCIPE), in collaboration with the State Enterprise Moldelectrica (Î.S. Moldelectrica), informs you that on December 27, 2018, at 15:00, a public consultation will be held on the draft Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) for the construction of the new headquarters of Î.S. Moldelectrica.
The public consultation will take place at the premises of Î.S. Moldelectrica, Ciocana Street no. 8, Meeting Room.
All interested parties are invited to attend, especially representatives of Chișinău Municipality departments, local business representatives, and members of civil society in the area.
The Environmental and Social Management Plan has been developed within the framework of the Competitive Power Market Project, financed by the World Bank, and is available for consultation on the official websites of UCIPE (https://ucipe.gov.md) and Î.S. Moldelectrica (http://www.moldelectrica.md/ro/).
Recommendations, suggestions, and comments regarding the ESMP draft under public consultation may be submitted until March 31, 2019, to the address of UCIPE: Alecu Russo Street 1, Block A1, Office 163, MD-2068, Chișinău, or via email at: mepiu@mepiu.md.
